Welcome to the PTA Panda Club
Winter 2019 Registration!
The ESS Panda Club is an after-school enrichment program sponsored by the ESS PTA. Panda Club offers after-school activities in three sessions during the school year: fall, winter, and spring. Clubs include everything from karate to science to language to dance and more!
Registration Dates:
Opens: Friday November 29th, 2019
Scholarship Request Deadline: Thursday, January 2nd, 2020*
Registration closes: Friday, January 3rd, 2020
Classes begin: Week of January 13th, 2020
* Please note that scholarship requests need to be received by the stated deadline

Scholarships:
The scholarship forms (in English, Spanish and Amharic) are attached to the paper registration information above. They are also available from the front office. Please note that scholarship requests need to be received by Wednesday, December 18th, 2019.

**** Please consider a donation to Panda Club. Donations can be made online or in cash or check. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
Panda Club Policies:

Club Times: Clubs will meet once a week from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm* on a designated day. Late pickups may incur a $20.00 fee. Frequent late pick-ups may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Student Cancellations/Refunds: All refunds will be made via check from the PTA. There will be no refunds offered after the 1st week of programs.

Provider Cancellations: While we will make every effort to reschedule classes cancelled due to unexpected MCPS or ESS closings, we cannot guarantee that every class can be made up. We cannot offer make-up classes or refunds due to a student’s inability to attend class.

Student Behavior: In order to keep our club fun and safe for everyone, all students are expected to follow ESS school rules while attending PANDA CLUB after school enrichment classes. Parents will be contacted after each time there is a behavioral problem that cannot be remedied in the class. East Silver Spring PTA reserves the right to remove your student from a program.
